With hair a navy like shade of jet black, her eyes seem to be one of the few splashes of color on her pale skinned person ; eyes a bright enough blue to resemble to open sea and becoming even more illuminating when filled with a joyous light accompanied by a fanged smile. Despite having these fangs in the place of what would usually be average teeth, her smile is none the less a lovely feminine charm attribute to what would otherwise be a fairly flat chested miss with a towering stature of an unladylike 5'9. Sporting spherical glasses gently settled upon the bridge of her nose and accenting the splashes of freckles upon her upper cheeks, Vovin is not precisely the most average looking individual. Much less woman. Professional but with the potential to be terrifying, Vovin's oddities can also pull off a strange definition of adorable without much conscious effort. Her determination stems where ever she deems worthy, an occasional issue when orders demand she be solely focused upon a task none the less also deemed uninteresting, Vovin is commonly a narrow sighted woman when something is elusive and requires the utmost skill to achieve. Many nights could be recorded by many people of sleep becoming little more than an unreal illusion in an unreachable horizon when her eyes were too locked upon one thing to dare close. Luckily, she is in love with her job like what most would be with a soul destined lover or mere hobby, so this attribute has always ended up being a pro for her companions. AMBITIOUS - Though this did not hit until her later years of life, no one could question her ambitions to be top dog and unfortunately doing most anything to get there. With sharp blue eyes that can see through schemes that are no more than foolhardy attempts to grab hold of her focuses in turn for fruitless labor, no one could deny she would make a grand leader with such a sharp, kind yet rather merciless personality. However, her ambitions can be leave plenty to be questioned ; some rumors come to life, stating that she murdered the previous agent and made it all look like an accident, others consisting that she is some sort of beastly individuals with jaws not unlike a Sharpedo's. All of which, of course, are untrue. Though ambitious, she would tell anybody until she was blue in the face that nothing would ever be turned upon her fellows. Such statements are considerably kind, considering the lengths she is prepared to go to with the outside world. COMPASSIONATE & KIND - Her persona shown to the outside world can be at times cold and demanding however, her inner core has remained the same her entire life time ; a sweet and compassionate youngster. She'd save even the newest grunt from a rock slide at the risk of her own well being and cry for days on end if she could not. Some would assume it is from her inability to save those dearest to her at a younger age but, it is merely something she is compelled to do. Always caring and charismatic, the grin she can easily display to friends is bright enough to make all eyes wander further than the musket strapped to her back. MERCILESS - Even with it previously stated that her care for her teammates could be compared to a bottomless pool, she is still a merciless woman with all those outside of their organization or uninterested in joining. With physical and mental capacities pushed far beyond their limits even when younger, it does not seem as if she has any problems kicking someone when they're down or blasting them with a skillfully aimed bullet. Though she can understand a simple mistake into territory or cast forgiveness unto anyone fearful of a fire arm wielding lass or an enormous Hoaxers, the Resistance particularly aggravates her. They were always the foolish folk that demolished well planned organizations, and in short, Vovin had sweared upon seeing her Rocket fellows that she would not allow this beautiful rose to be trimmed like the Plasma weeds back in Unova. TOUCHED - Seeing massacre, criminal activity and an assortment of horrors placed against people and Pokemon since young teenage years, it is little wonder just why she can be slightly touched. She cries longer than most, can cast a smile upon a corpse done in by her hand, and walk off down the road humming a diddy the second after the bang. Perhaps it was her realization that peace and love were nonexistent in the world of today that snapped a nerve of two, but Vovin is a lady that is blissful yet dangerous. In any case, she is someone who would first go to an asylum rather than prison for her crimes. INDEPENDENT - One might not claim this is a complete con, but at times to the organization she operates within it can be troublesome. With orders being one thing, if she so boldly disapproves it will be altered to her will instead. Luckily, she has done it at least ten times in the past and her judgment has only been reprimanded twice. ★ L I K E S: ♥ like one ★ D I S L I K E S: ✗ dislike one ★ HISTORY: ((Still needs modifying to this region. )) The normal child from a normal family, Elizabeta and Alkin Crotwz were far beyond merely overjoyed as they were blessed with a tiny daughter on November 3rd, the ground gleaming with frost as they took the little bundle home. Her successful birth was certainly something for a family that had many a failure regarding both pregnancy and the birthing process. Born rather small, it was still a rather mystic moment for Alkin and Elizabeta, to have their only child and to already prepare their daughter for the legacy she would follow later in life. Through their grand exploits as Pokemon researchers, Elizabeta and Alkin were world renowned as courageous explorers, often taking risks and shoving off in search of ruins or undiscovered Pokemon and even though their success with a child was still fresh, a question was already proving haunting. How would they fair with their dangerous profession with such a fragile being so new to the world in their lives? Surely, coming along even at the average toddler age was unacceptable due to the dangers of uncharted lands, and even at an older age who knew just what they would run into? An aggressive, beastly Pokemon or other humans looking for something far less legitimate as research, perhaps even a deadly disease somewhere deep in a forest ; all of which dreadfully possible, particularly more so to a new mother. However, all decided that raising their daughter was worth a lull in their science. In their stead, Alkin's brother took up the family occupation, a far less known or impressive researceher but one none the less. And while Elizabeta and her husband stayed planted at home, Fraun Crowtz scuttled through the untamed regions that spanned beyond and within Unova. Growing up with a loving duo, Vovin had nothing short of a happy childhood ; plenty of affection and even a Pokemon to call her own at such a young age. A female Axew to befriend and care for, since this was a large part of a researcher's job ; showing affection towards their more feral companions, those whom moved boulders and sliced down even the tallest of trees when humans could not. It was also explained that Vovin was, in fact, a word for 'dragon' in a language long forgotten in time. However, as seasons passed and days grew longer, peace did not seem destined for the region as Team Plasma rose to power near the age where Vovin was capable of acting as company ; a ripe age of thirteen. Chatter began about the originally small organization, that they were a gaggle of individuals against the church with their interestingly religious outfits, or just another lot of thieves like the nearly forgotten Team Galactic who was crushed ages ago. However, there was more talk that they were nothing. Absolutely nothing more than a silly group who would be crushed like all before them by the Elite Four and Unova's champion. All the same, the first trip Alkin and Elizabeta took with a very young and very curious Vovin was one outside of Unova and centered in Hoenn instead. Their loss of touch with Unova was a grave mistake, but one they would not realize until far later. Vovin was indeed, at this age, what most children were. Bright eyed and bushy tailed as the saying went, she had looked forward to the moment of travel her entire life after hearing of her parents' many rambles about their courageous exploits. And the Hoenn would only prove a great adventure as she bounded across fields and plains with an Axew perched upon her shoulders neatly. It was shortly after coming to said region that Vovin learned the glories of Pokemon battles ; the bonding it took to with your fellow trainer as well as your own pokemon that only a good battle could strike up. Although the majority of her battles were with mere rookies wondering around and about their native land, always curious to see her foreign companion, the curiosity always returned ten fold with even the smallest Rattata. Joy and wonder undoubtedly inhabited this region, peaceful and content. It was only a year into their stay when a call from Fraun disrupted their blissful, dream like bubble far away from the Unova region. Team Plasma had exploded with power, their 'king' as he was referred to was winning over the region and research they had done could save the life of many, if not the entire region, and cease the beginning of the end for their tiny spot of the world. Needless to say, it was not long at all before they all piled back into the little plane that took them and returned home, research in the Hoenn cut rather short but Vovin returning at least slightly wiser with a much stronger Axew whom had already broken and regrown his tusks a few times. None of which, unfortunately, would've ever been enough to stop the unfortunate future from unfolding. Though their return to the Unova region went smooth, people all over were either getting their darling Pokemon stolen or releasing them, none of which looked like the lovely hillside they left what seemed like such a short time ago. Fraun was eagerly awaiting the tiny family at their manor, and hurried them in at once. The click of the door locking sounded, none but Vovin looking suspiciously behind them as two individuals who claimed to be Fraun's exploration crew seemed to guard the inside of the entrance. For an innocent youngster and two family members, no one guessed that these folks were not trying to keep something out but something in instead. They met in Alkin's study, large windows allowing them the view to the gorgeous hillside, spotted with towering oaks and rolling plains as the blood red dawn stained the room and made them all appear bathed in an almost eerie light as the enormous clouds above blotted out the sun's rays. Only Vovin stood by the window to observe the view as her parents hustled to grab their thirty years of research from vaults and display it upon the large table in the center of the room. It took only a moment of explaining before the beloved uncle retrieved a musket from underneath Alkin's study desk and directed the barrel at his brother first. All frozen in place by the appearance of a loaded gun, Alkin could do little but inquire what his sibling was doing before getting the last explanation he would ever hear. His research was hardly as successful as either of their's, but with Team Plasma on the rise, it did not take much for them to jump at the chance of a willing researcher coming on their side as a scientist. And though his own papers did not show much promise, he had assured his new comrades that there was research he could claim with ease so long as hey funded his expeditions and missions. A simple death could not do either, for if they were the only ones to pass then the estate as well as all papers would go to Vovin as their first and only born. So, a family accident was in order ; one that might even make headlines and bring tears to everyone's eyes. A father, mother and daughter all bursting with life were found by the police, a bloody heap on the floor of the den. A modern day tragedy. Before a word could be sent in edge wise, the bloodcurdling pop of a bullet and fall of a corpse was heard as Alkin laid dead. However, the moment the man hit the floor, another shot was fired at Elizabeta though boldly it was avoided, the woman grabbing her daughter instead and fleeing from the den's open study door. The two made it down as far as the stairs before the rest of Fraun's 'expedition crew', actually turning out to be mere Plasma grunts, managed to snatch up Elizabeta who's last words were for her daughter to run ; a hesitantly followed order but luckily one that led to a narrow escape out of the back door that was lacking guards. Vovin was not out of ear shot when another blast fired and any Pidgey still remaining in the trees dispersed along with her, young legs carrying her far and beyond pursuit. Freshly orphaned, when her lungs could no longer pump air and her legs felt as if they would kneel beneath her, Nimbasa was where she came to rest inside the Pokemon center, an evening simply secreting misfortune and trauma had tuckered her out and taking her stay on the couch of said center was just about the only thing she could do. It was no earlier than late noon when she woke up next to the gentle shake of a nurse telling her that there were many hotels in the big city, but one of them was not their center. Leaving accordingly and wanting no more trouble on her hands, it was no shock when a disregarded newspaper read just what Fraun had promised it would. Elizabeta, Alkin and Vovin Crowtz had passed away from some horrible murderer but in the wake of it all there was a light of hope ; he, the great Fraun Crowtz, would take over their research. He would take the estate, the papers and everything else in the death of their only daughter. Blood boiled, but there was no time for that in the wake of her current situation. Stuck between a few leisurely routes and the desert outside of Nimbasa with no home to return to nor any family to rely upon, the young teenager was equipped with only the clothes upon her back and a basic Pokeball containing her Axew. A soft greeting on the street was all that stopped her from simply plopping down upon the cold concrete and giving way to well due tears. "You look very far from home", a woman spoke to her on those streets, clothing peculiar but a set of green eyes seeming incredibly kind ; far too much so to look like she belonged to the wretched Team Plasma. All the same, her scenario was explained ; she had run from what would've been a murder scene including her and now had no where to turn, nor any soul to trust besides her single Pokemon given to her by her freshly deceased parents. It was, at that point, Vovin's life experienced a life changing choice. The Plasma agent, introducing herself as Brook, took her in under the condition that she begin to work for Plasma. And an explanation was good enough for Vovin to join arms with her former enemies ; yet another reason being that if she spent long enough with the devils, surely she could find her parents' paperwork and Fraun as well. However, as 'touching' as the explanation of how they were not criminals but rather saviors of Pokemon, Vovin only pretended to believe the explanation provided from them. In all reality, her beginning in crime stemmed from a wise decision to use her family murderers to house her, clothe her and even give pay. While all she had to do was smile for the superiors, steal a few trainer's Pokemon, and play the villainous role of a Plasma operative. However, it was slightly inevitable within the nature of humans to live in solitary. Friendships (albeit work related) were forged, particularly with the miss Brook who took her in originally, and life was adapted to roughly but easily enough with such a young frame of mind to mold and shape. As a year passed, the objective of finding her uncle for the sake of vengeance was nearly forgotten in the wake of a prospering organization as well as the business that occurred when one worked for thieves, almost constantly running or working. Even in the wake of her crimes, an Eevee was her reward ; a tiny creature whom was held just as close as her Axew, despite being a stolen Pokemon. Though all knew their reign would cease to exist at some point, Vovin had only spent a year and a half working with Plasma when the their branch heard the news that a trainer had took down not only their King but their boss as well, and in a short conclusion they were now rendered a hapless bunch of criminals ripe as rain for the arresting. Even with the scenario as it was, somewhat of a flashback occurred ; she still had no actual home and her uncle was still roaming free. After nearly two years, all she turned out to be was one Pokemon richer and experienced in the 'art' of thieving. All the same, Vovin could not help but consider when their boss returned to his position of power and rounded up those who had not been moved by the champion's speeches a relief. As to be expected, the Plasma dependent teen was amongst a crowd that Ghetsis summoned to count his numbers. But, surprises were to be had during what was originally just a routine gathering. Amongst the flurry of chattering grunts, scientists and agents Vovin recognized a single man and a single voice out of the gaggle ; a dear Fraun had showed his hide, now seemingly quite the high up scientist in the organization, all of which undoubtedly due to stolen work. The man remained oblivious to her presence as she viewed him through slitted sky blue eyes, though maybe it was Vovin's luck or Fraun's bad luck that as they were all sorted into their appropriate branches Vovin was part of Fraun's sector. A mere grunt, of course, but some suspicious glances were cast at the navy haired woman, all returned ten fold. Not even a full month later did man made karma come in full force to strike all in their branch. Fraun's death came relatively swift, an end that was reached the moment the base was snoozing and Vovin was capable of sneaking into the scientist quarters with cold determination. A long sought ambition was reached in only a few minutes time as the musket which was originally owned by her father and saw both parents' demise fell into the grunt's hand and Fraun was awoken by the gentle nudge of a barrel prodding his cheek. A goodbye to her fair uncle and making sure he knew just who she was and a boom sounded. A deafening bang, though the blood roaring in her ears was enough to drown out a bomb, and Fraun laid in his military style bed bleeding ; a bullet firmly lodged betwix his horrified eyes. Vovin's time to think about just how loud a noise the musket would make or how she would be splashed with blood had not settled in prior to the incident but upon the haste of boots thundering down the hallway to check on the scene, it took a grit to the teeth to drop the weapon and drop to her knees to begin sobbing false tears. At the arrival of her companions, the scene was explained as such ; Fraun had called her into his room for a discussion on Plasma based matters but when she arrived, he shoved her down and began to attempt assaulting her in a sexual fashion. Naturally, the favor fell in the court of a sobbing young lady and chitter was wild in the bases. About how Fraun always seemed a little off, he had even piggishly eyed a few other ladies with ample assets. All mistakes that worked in her lie's favor now. Within the next few weeks, the musket rested in the hands of Vovin Crowtz, Fraun in the dirt, and the story mostly forgotten in the wake of organization based operations. Two years slipped by like sand in between finger tips. Team Plasma was nearly back to their full former glory and seizing Unova once more, and Vovin had time to mull over her situation. Technically, her sole reasoning for joining Team Plasma was to repay her uncle for his devilish deeds but with that done, what now..? She was just as she was before. Homeless pardoning the stay Plasma provided her and without a friend in the world outside of this band of criminals, and she had steadily grown up around all this that everything else seemed, somehow, foreign. Everyone outside of their team stood so very divided, independent and constantly bickering amongst their fellows. Battling pointlessly, and wondering around with even less point. These folk could give even a simpleton a purpose, something worth while to have ambition towards and most of all a lovely goal. Indeed, she had begun to believe, a region wold be far better under some sort of government rather than in reckless anarchy. A fist to rule them. And as the years past, it seemed more and more logical that she would be a fool to skip out on the opportunity to be a part of said fist rather than on the receiving end. It was only a matter of time that ambition started to take fruit in her heart and she walked with a higher head, meaningful swagger and the musket intimidatingly at her side. No soul could have even began to guess her origins amongst some of the most peaceful people around, though anyone who would could only roll in their graves as she stepped up from mere grunt and became an agent. It was only a year that the eighteen year old got to stay in her position, albeit happily, when a very 'special' mission arose. Their boss had sent out for a member from all Plasma groups, majority of which were high up, to visit their main laboratory where some Pokemon were experimented upon ; enhanced, as it were. And long but simple, the team of scientists explained that they had gotten a green light from the boss himself that they could recruit powerful members from each branch and test upon the lot of them a theory. The King could speak to Pokemon, understand them and interact beautifully with them as a whole all due to his origin amongst Pokemon in the wild. All natural. But what could science do that nature couldn't? A better question ; what could nature do that science couldn't do better? In the end, the doors were securely locked and their next few months were drawn out. Just as the Pokemon in tubes and cages, they would be experiments. If a human could naturally learn Pokemon, a language not even mastered by humans, then what else could they acquire that Pokemon had? Teeth? Scales? Fur? Tails? Maybe even the moves of Pokemon if they were lucky. Some agents were sedated into the deal and placed within their locked room, while others, including Vovin, stepped into their own hell willingly but at the same time displaying fairly obvious reluctance. It did not take long at all for them to begin and for things to start going very wrong. Nature was clearly displaying that it's design was not to be toyed with. Two agents from a group up in the north were reduced to cadavers within the first three months, injected genetics causing one's muscles to grow too weak and systems to fail and the other having a fire type's burn through some of his own human genetics and eventually die from an internal temperature of 195 F. The reluctant became the strugglers and majority were laid down in straps and lived in fear of just what would destroy them. Very few had any progress in general, some growing spots of fur that would shed, others getting painful genetic operations that murdered them before anything special could be spied. As half a year passed, Vovin was one of the few left, and not one without her fair share of horrors from the lab. The past two months she had been forced to take food from an IV and spent too much time in her opinion spitting out perfectly fine teeth ; purely whites dabbled with blood that left her gums bare for quite awhile before a very strange change occurred. Instead of nothing at all growing back or more humanoid teeth regrowing, fangs took their place. Viciously sharp fangs that made her smile one to fear but in general, after these pearly whites developed, her experiments were much less extreme. They could handle all sorts of food, though she had to be careful with her tongue, and if anything they could slice through much of anything more efficiently than the dull blades of the human teeth. Although Vovin was not fond of her newest installment, it was a relief to strap on average clothing and be released to see just how she dealt with the normal world with these stranger chompers. However, they spoke that when she went back to base, that they would be taking her back in a few months in order to continue their experiments. Though survivors seemed to be rather fearful of defiance, Vovin only needed the return of her two Pokemon and musket before her decision was made to flee the region. Plasma was failing once more and she refused to be stored for future observation in a cold room reeking of death. The individuals that tried to stop her were, as one could guess, shot on the spot. Ultimately, she successfully fled the region of Unova and Plasma but the same problem remained as she reached Kanto. If anything, the anarchy was worse without a champion and it was already starting to get on her nerves how isolating it all was to walk alone across a street with no goal or purpose. She had two trustworthy companions, her Axew that had long since evolved into a Haxorus, and her Eevee that had just as long ego become an Espeon one Fall morning but no teammates. Not even a goal to seek. Two weeks into her stay, it was a relief to find a tiny group of infamous uniforms strutting amongst a small town they claimed to of dominated. The dreaded team Rocket. Unlike most, Vovin approached them casually with little regard for their ferocious Pokemon and instead of a challenge she requested to meet whoever was in charge. Or even, who could make her a certified member of their ramshackle lot. And after beating a few grunts easily in battle, they seemed all too happy to bring her to their boss. Not even a week later, she adorned herself with suit and a sling for her trusty musket ; the last of the family heirlooms. Their crime spree was, indeed, the definition of unstoppable. She's spent the last three years with Team Rocket, graduating to Agent since, and being rewarded with a Ponyta for speedy getaways that she seemed to be a natural at. Currently, she takes up residence in her bunk and takes all opportunities to get closer with her teammates.
