I kinda think the cbox should be switched so that it doesn't open up every page. It's kinda frustrating when you're trying to get through threads and have to click it repeatedly. Just my opinion, totally understand if you guys don't agree

ohyes, I agree too -- on the phone it's pretty difficult, since when I zoom in the cbox takes up the whole screen I have to close th sidebar every time I open a new page D: it would be nice if it is by-default closed.

I had it default open because I wasn't sure if new/potential members could see it, therefore wouldn't talk to us and stuff~
But I can disable it being open each page :]

Oh, how about disable it being open on pages other than the home page? Is that actually possible? I think that might solve some problems!

I checked the thread that I got the code from and the only options are to have it either a, member viewable only b. normal (closed by default) or c. open all the time.

i agree; the cbox makes my awful computer lag and even though you have a very nice idea going, jenni, it makes the site lag too much for me.

I like the cbox where it is myself; I like having it always there and in my face, but ofc rn it's not covering up the forums for me. I won't really know how annoying it is until next week, when I'll be surfing the site regularly on my phone instead of on my laptop from class.
How good are you with code? You can just code a table into the global headers/footers so that the forums don't hide themselves under the cbox when the screen's more narrow.
