so, i know we're a little early for this, but i was wondering what you guys think we should do for our first event? i already have a few ides, but i'm totally down for whatever you guys feel is cool or you want to do :]

Mmm I don't really have any ideas as of now beyond the usual ones (festival, holiday, tournament, etc) -- why not we look at your ideas first? Maybe we'll get inspired by them and think of stuff to add on :3

we could always have a promo. because we like free stuff. though, a festival sounds cool. c: there should be one of those games where you try to get the magikarp. i will make dakota stand at that game for an hour trying to get a magikarp. /derpy pokemon ftw. <3

I love the Carnival/Festival ideas :3 I already have a couple of Promotion ideas as well, so we'll be seeing one or two of those around.

Ohh, what's the travelling caravans idea about? It could make an appearance during the festival as a "foreshadow" if we're using them again later? /lol caravans = games apparently

The travelling caravans are going to be gypsy caravans; they'll bring rare and exotic pokemon into the nation and it'll be more like a show than anything else. i haven't rounded the idea completely off, so there's still tons of options available :]

Aaah, then we could have them make an official showing at the festival, so that people know to look out for them afterwards if they'll appear again! (They could put on a show during the festival, maybe give out small prizes -- you could work the promo in there too, if that's the case -- although the promo can stand on its own too.)
