The Academy of Wayward Strays will be serving as a safe haven for students with gifted powers from all over the war torn world. This is a place to grow your power, under the aid of mentors for each classification. Upon arrival to the academy, to be granted admission the student will reveal their power and be grouped into one of the classes of cards. (See "The Cards" for details) These are similar to houses. In the mist of this chaos it is even more important to learn to control your powers and skills, and to make friendships and alliances with others who are gifted. There will be side plots dealing with trouble from the outside world. But for all purposes of the main rp the academy has limited contact with the outside.
The current year is 2022. This is a year after the war ended.
