Teriel headed through a grassy field just nearby a small forest. After recieving his starter pokemon, a silly voltorb he name Boomer, he had been having a great time seeing everything. He held the voltorb in his arms at that point since it was small enough. Once he got Boomer to become an electrode though, he wouldn't be able to carry it.
"Hey, Boomer. You like being out to see the world?" He good a cheery reply from the rounded pokemon. That made Teriel smile, since he hoped the two of them would have a good relationship. Luckily it seemed to off toa good start. Teriel became unaware of his surroundings though as he walked on. Little did he know that something might be watching him.
"Gosh. You wanna stop for a sec? I need to have a quick snack if that's okay." Boomer gave no objection. So Teriel sat down and pulled off his bag to rummage for a granola bar he loved so much. He found it finally and pulled it out, unwrapping it a taking a nice bite. "Too bad you don't have a mouth, Boomer. You would love this!"
