When the other pokemon didn't attack, the absol ventured out to talk to the other pokemon, although Tristan's pikachu remained happily perched on his head. "Yeah. My scizor's a bit of a loner though, likes to fly around on his own when he's out of the farm. Can't blame him."

Nero growled at the arcanine's approach, even though he was tiny and newborn in comparison to Pyres. Nero tore out of Esme's grip and snarled, crouching posed to fight and ready to leap at the bigger pokemon.

"Perhaps we should leave. Nero isn't one for making friends,"[/color] Esme said.

Denny looked at the dragonair in the way as if saying "Is there something in my teeth?". Despite such he waved again, the starmie hopping off his head and heading away elsewhere. Crowe the umbreon went to meet the absol, since Pyres went off. His tail wagged lightly in friendly greeting. As for Pyres, she shot a snarl that sounded like a death threat to the young pup before returning to meet the absol with Crowe.

Mel nodded to Tristan. "It's odd I guess. Zash is pretty much a loner too." She smiled and shifted, looking to her scizor resting on a tree branch like it was a recliner. "Do you have another pokemon?" She asked him, wondering about the extra ball of his belt. "Or is that just for when you get another team member?" She questioned curiously as ever.

Ren watched the scene unfold, with Pyres grilling at the growlithe, Denny meeting the dragonair with Dodi. Crowe greeting the absol as Pyres went back to him too. As for Mikki, the silly jigglypuff was just about everywhere greeting all those nearby and willing. He smiled as he realized how much Mikki was like Mel after all. He was out with her 24/7.

"Kappa's a kingdra; he doesn't really like hanging out in fields. It's a bit too dry,"

To his relief, Esme's growlithe ceased growling and instead sat down at Esme's feet, snuggling comfortably there as if claiming the space for himself. For Tristan, that was a good sign. An overprotective, aggressive guard dog would be a pain in the ass, but it sure beat a rabid beast that'd snack on his sister.

"No, stick around,"[/color] Tristan ordered, for once not shuffling about like a bullied schoolboy. More gently, he added, "May as well enjoy the sunshine on a nice day, Esme."[/color]

The absol sociably met the other pokemon, slightly wary to meet strangers but open to the possibility of friendship. The dragonair was a terrible flirt, and the ninetails said as much in a disdainful hiss.

Melody nodded as Tristan explained his last pokemon being a kingdra. "Yeah. Blitz is also a water type, but it get's around." She pointed to Ren's starmie as it used it's dual edges to roll over the ground like a wheel. Although maintaining balance due to the spread of the edges. She smiled as Mikki hopped up onto her head, the Jigglypuff smiling gleefully.

Ren as the pokemon each started gathering together more. Crowe wagged his tail as he gave a small "uff" to the absol. Since Crowe was also a dark type, he saw no reason to feel different from another dark type. Denny stretched himself as he smiled to the dragonair. As for Komi, the espeon stood over the young skitty protectively as she growled at the pissy ninetails.
